ll Servizio Licenze Libere – SeLiLi ha recentemente pubblicato il vademecum sugli adempimenti necessari per eseguire in pubblico musica con licenze Creative Commons: http://selili.polito.it/risultati.
Uno strumento utile per districarsi nei meandri del diritto d’autore e delle licenze libere da parte di musicisti, dj, promoter ed organizzatori di eventi con musica in CC.
Il vademecum è stato realizzato raccogliendo le numerose richieste di chiarimenti, ricevute nel corso degli anni dal progetto SeLiLi, in un testo che esamina unitariamente i quesiti più frequenti sugli adempimenti previsti per legge in caso di intrattenimenti pubblici.
Il vademecum è stato redatto con il contributo degli uditori del progetto SeLiLi, in particolare grazie agli spunti e alle osservazioni di Deborah De Angelis, Ermanno Pandoli, Simone Aliprandi e Giovanni Battista Gallus.

“Eseguire in pubblico musica in Creative Commons”
The Free Licenses Service – SeLiLi recently published a vademecum on the legal and practical requirements to perform music from Creative Commons licenses: http://selili.polito.it/risultati.
It’s an useful instrument for musicians, DJs and promoters to sort out the legal problems arising by the use of the free licenses.
The vademecum was produced by collecting many requests for explanation, received during the years from the project SeLiLi, in a text that examines the most frequently questions about the law obligations for public entertainment.
The vademecum has been prepared with the contribution of the auditors of the project Se.Li.Li, in particular with the observations of Deborah De Angelis, Ermanno Pandoli, Simone Aliprandi and Giovanni Battista Gallus.
